Bless him saves the bonus and fails to answer prayers of bonus chasers

The trio of Scoop6 bonus hunters who each won £37,909.90 on Wednesday were out of luck in the Britannia Handicap as Bless Him rose to prominence under Ascot Handicap master Jamie Spencer.  

The £439,361 bonus fund went begging and continues to rise as will not be played for on Friday after Big Orange squeezed out the remaining ticket in play in the Gold Cup which was on runner-up Order Of St George.

Totepool Spokesman Matt Hulmes said: “Big Orange saw off Order of St George and Scoop6 players this afternoon and with the bonus hunters out of luck in the Britannia the big carrot of almost £500,000 in the Scoop6 remains.”

There were thirteen winners of the place fund each landing £436.90.
