Scoop £400,000 before Cheltenham

A £400,000 payday could be awaiting anyone able to solve this weekend’s totescoop6 as combined rollover pools of more than £300,000 travel to Sandown and Wolverhampton.

A sequence of five rollovers means the win fund has swelled to £234,663, while £95,007 lines the bonus pot.

Saturday’s bet is split equally between Sandown’s Imperial Cup card and all-weather action from Wolverhampton.  Five legs will be shown live on ITV4 and thereare 73 runners declared overnight in the six races.

With the Scoop6 in operation on all four days of the Cheltenham festival, any rollovers from tomorrow’s bet will carry forward and be played for on Tuesday.  Rollovers from Tuesday will carry forward to Wednesday and so on.

Totepool spokesman Andrew Griffiths said: “Although Cheltenham is just around the corner, all eyes will be on the Scoop6 this weekend with a whopping £400,000 on the line.”  

Saturday’s totejackpot is made up of the opening six races at Sandown and the Matchbook Imperial Cup (3:00 Sandown) has been chosen as the totetrifecta rollover race.
