£180,000 Scoop6 on the cards after five weeks of rollovers
Handicaps are to the fore this Saturday, as the Scoop6 combined pools are set to reach an estimated £180,000.
Taking in races from Ascot and York, handicaps make up five of the six puzzles punters must solve if they are to win a share of the prize pool. Scoop6 SuperClub will once again be playing with Series 73 funds as the pools continue to build slowly.
The Listed Pat Eddery Stakes (1:50 - Ascot) kicks off proceedings, with 10 talented two-year-olds looking for success at the Berkshire track.
Two contests from York, and a further trio from Ascot will see the search for a Scoop6 winner culminate in the 12 fulong handicap at 4:10.
Away from the Scoop6, the Tote Trifecta rollover fund is estimated to reach £80,000 on Saturday. A share of that pool can be had if punters can successfully select the first three home in the Moet & Chandon International Stakes at 2:25.
Tote spokesman Ben Stones said: “It’s been six weeks since we had a winner of the Scoop6, and while it looks a tricky proposition once again, those rollovers mean there’s a bumper estimated prize pool of £180,000 up for grabs.â€
