£325,000 Scoop6 pool includes £260,000 Bonus rollover
ITV Racing cameras make their way to Sandown Park and Wincanton on Saturday afternoon for a varied and good quality afternoon of jumps action. With no Scoop6 winner last weekend, the combined pool has grown to £325,000.
The Grade 1 Unibet Tolworth Hurdle at 2.25pm is Leg 2 of the pool and appears to revolve around three main horses among the seven runners. Tote Spokesman Kevin O’Malley said: “Colin Tizzard has won two of the last three renewals of the race, so Fiddlerontheroof is sure to be a popular Scoop6 pick in the feature race at Sandown.â€
The Unibet Veterans’ Handicap Chase at 3.00pm at Sandown is going to be a real spectacle with fourteen experienced chasers – none younger than 11 years - slugging it out over three miles. Down in Wincanton, Legs 1, 3 and 5 will take place at 2.05pm, 2.40pm and 3.15pm.
O’Malley added: “Two of the Wincanton legs have just five and seven runners, along with a seven runner Tolworth Hurdle. With double figure fields in just three of the six legs, punters can feel a bit more confident than your average Saturday in having a go at the Scoop6 to small stakes.â€
