St Leger key to £600,000 Scoop6

The season’s final classic, the St Leger, could hold the key to victory in an estimated £600,000 on the Scoop6 this Saturday, according to the Tote.

The weekend's feature race, due off at 3:35pm, has attracted the best stayers of the classic generation. Will Kew Gardens bloom at Doncaster? Will Old Persian or Loxley continue Charlie Appleby’s great season? Or will Lah Ti Dar call the tune on Town Moor? 

The bet starts with £293,427 in the win fund while the bonus pot has grown to £162,681 which will be in play next Saturday if six winners are found this weekend.

Recent consolation dividends in the Scoop6 have returned £8950 and £1102 proving it’s not all about picking the winners in the Scoop6.

This Saturday’s Scoop6 comprises action from three tracks. There is a trio of races from the St Leger card at Doncaster, two visits to the Roodee at Chester and a sole race on the all-weather at Chelmsford.

The totejackpot takes in the first six races at Doncaster on Saturday while the 1:50pm Doncaster, the William Hill Portland Handicap is the totetrifecta rollover race. Sundays Jackpot is the first six races at Ffos Las getting underway at 1.50pm.
