Saunter Scores to Send Scoop6 Soaring

The Scoop6 rolled over for the seventh week in a row after Saunter landed the Betfred November Handicap at Doncaster this afternoon.

An estimated £1million could now be up for grabs next week with a win fund of £364,182 and a bonus fund of £397,532 already lining the pools.

Although the first four legs all went to single figure priced winners, only two units remained going into the Betfred November Handicap, incredibly on the same ticket, who had both Dance The Dream and Euchen Glen running for them. Neither could land a blow as Ian Williams charge Saunter came through for a decisive victory.

Totepool spokesman Matt Hulmes said: “There were plenty of runners this weekend and the £150,000 bonus carrot that Fred dangled to an individual Betfred winner did entice plenty of players. However, it proved too difficult to find all six winners and now the November meeting at Cheltenham has heightened interest with the addition of a potential £1million Scoop6.”

There was a healthy place fund dividend of £6942.90 which was landed by just three winning tickets.
