El Hayem Strikes Scoop6 Riches for Bonus Hunter

AN anonymous punter took their Scoop6 winnings to over £1/2 million following the victory of El Hayem at Sandown this afternoon.

The mount of Ryan Moore struck wide down the Sandown straight to add the £479,645 bonus fund to the £24,970 prize gained seven days ago when the win fund was shared five ways.

Sir Michaels Stoute’s four-year-old held off the challenge of GM Hopkins, who was also the subject of a bonus selection, by a neck.

The other three selections were Greenside, George William and Rusumaat.

Totepool Spokesman Matt Hulmes said “Congratulations to the anonymous bonus hunter who has won £504,615 in seven days. Following Ryan Moore once again proved to be the right road to riches”.

This afternoons Scoop6 win fund rolled over after Dylan Mouth took the Old Newton Cup at Haydock, knocking out the remaining 69 tickets that had made it through to leg five. Next Saturdays pot will start with £49,964 in the win fund.

There were 57 winners of the £297.50 place fund.
